The Best Way to Get Free Makeup Samples

By MakeupGirl

It is a common event. I see a makeup product that looks intriguing that Id want to try, but I am afraid of spending money on it. I worry that the color might not be right or my skin will have a reaction, or simply the product wont do what it claims to do. Then I would just end up with makeup on my hands that I will never use and I am out the money. Has this ever happened to you? My favorite remedy to the problem is to find samples of the product before I buy it.

Free makeup samples are often available; you just have to know how to find them. Makeup samples are readily available and most of them are free of charge. The number thing you can do to find yourself samples is to ask. When you are at cosmetic counters and you see something that you think you might like, ask if they have any samples of the product.

A lot of makeup companies offer sample giveaways when you make a purchase of something else from them. If you make a purchase exceeding a certain dollar amount, then they will throw in freebies. This means they have the freebies to give away. Even though the gifts might technically be attached to a purchase, it doesn't hurt to ask for them without the purchase. Its to the advantage of cosmetic companies to offer samples since it will help them get a new customer if you like the product.

You can also look for free samples on the internet. Many companies do a lot of business online these days so they also offer free samples online if you are willing to answer a few questions and give them your name and address so they can mail you the samples. They are looking for people like you to let them know why you are interested in their product. This gives them a better idea of their market and who to target their products to.

Most companies that offer free samples on the internet only do so after you have answered a brief questionnaire. You will have to enter your name and address so they can mail you the samples. Companies benefit from the information by getting a clearer idea of what their target market is like.

Sometimes, the surveys can be long. My advice to you is unless you are really excited about trying out the product, stick with the freebies that have the short surveys. Two minutes filling out a questionnaire is not too high of a price for a free sample, but ten minutes might be. After all, your time is valuable.

So instead of spending your money on makeup products you don't even know if you'll like before, think about looking for free samples. Samples are an easy way to make up your mind about products without breaking the bank. - 16083
