How to Get Rid of Wrinkles and Look 10 Years Younger

By Evelyn Louise

If you're like me, you probably want to erase wrinkles and look younger. Although growing older gives us more life experience and wisdom, we don't necessarily want to look older, too. Is there a way to restore our youthful appearance?

Wrinkles are caused, primarily, by the depletion of collagen, a key connective protein that "glues" together many of our other bodily tissues. In combination with another protein called elastin, collagen makes our skin elastic, firm, and smooth. When we get older, both of these proteins grow scarce in our bodies, leading to the fine lines, dark circles, and sags and bags that we associate with old age.

Want to erase wrinkles and start looking younger? Implement these three tips.

1) Apply an anti-aging gel that increases your body's supply of collagen.

Forget about collagen injections--they aren't necessary. An anti-wrinkle skin care cream proven to jumpstart the production of new collagen is all you need.

As part of my daily regimen, I use a natural anti-aging cream that's been scientifically proven to increase skin elasticity by almost 50% in less than 21 days. It's made a dramatic difference in my appearance.

2) Limit the time you spend in sunlight.

UV radiation is a major reason for prematurely aged skin. It speeds the spreading of wrinkles and brown spots. No anti-aging cream can compete with the damage that excessive sun exposure causes.

To bolster your efforts to turn back the hands of time, limit your sun exposure, especially at peak times of the day. Be sure to use a quality sunscreen, too. If you must venture outdoors at the hottest times of day, remain in the shade--only five minutes in direct sunshine can damage your skin.

3) Use anti-aging skin care treatments that contain antioxidants.

Free radicals deteriorate skin and accelerate the appearance of aging. A healthy dose of antioxidants can neutralize these free radicals, resulting in a more youthful, smoother complexion.

To erase wrinkles, use a skin care treatment with a high amount of antioxidants. Something even more powerful is an anti-aging cream like mine, which increases the body's own antioxidant properties, for extra protection against free radicals.

So, go ahead and put these easy steps into practice today. I guarantee you'll see those wrinkles fade, and your skin will once more become smooth, radiant, and youthful. - 16083
