Heather Locklear DUI

By Rebecca Aguani

So you've been arrested for a DUI how much worse could it be? Just read what happen in the Heather Locklear DUI. Did someone follow you and take pictures? Then sell them to the tabloids so everyone could see what happened?

When most of us get caught breaking the law we don't see our picture on the web in every corner and see our mug shot on all of the news stations for days. Months later we don't have to see the pictures to remind us of the miss step.

Most people probably think that to be arrested for driving under the influence you have to be drunk, right? You don't, prescribed medications that make you disorientated or off balance will also get you arrested. The California DMV was rewarded for giving Heather Locklear a drivers license by seeing the pictures of her arrest.

All 50 states have harsh penalties for individuals that are arrested with a blood alcohol content level of 0.08 or higher. Some People react very differently to medication. They may have even taken the drug before and not had a reaction. It was not clear if this was the case for Locklear. It was determined that she was under the influence of prescription drugs. You can be arrested if you drive or operate a motor vehicle in this condition.

Some states even have enhanced Blood Alcohol Content levels. This means that if you test positive for this higher level your penalties will be more sever because you were an even more dangerous threat to society. California has a 0.20 enhanced BAC penalty law.

The Heather Locklear mug shot makes me so mad. Even in that worse moment she still looks pretty good. Unlike the Lil Kim mug shot she looks pretty bad. They both rank right up there with paparazzi filth. Locklear had other problems than just her mug shot. That good citizen that turned her in made big money on the pictures.

Good people may not be what they seem, especially in this case. This wolf in sheep's clothing was Jill Ishkanian. She makes the wolf look like Mary Poppins. The FBI is still adding up her crimes. She is a former editor for Us Weekly who stole information from their computers after she left so she could do what she did to Locklear. Stalk and capitalize on mistakes.

Now Ishkanian owns a paparazzi filth agency so she's twice as dangerous because the paparazzi are a weapon all by themselves and now that weapon is in the hands of a dishonest stalker crazy women. She's so bad she can't even sell her photos herself because no on will buy from her. You know your a freak when the tabloids won't deal with you.

The Heather Locklear DUI shows us that even beautiful and rich people have problems. I wish she would trade some of being beautiful and rich for some of my problems...just kidding. - 16083
