I recently read Dr. Suzanne Gudakunst's book Top Secret Fat Loss Secrets. Both the medical community and especially the weight loss industry would just assume I had not read the book and they really hope you are not reading this right now.
Pharmaceutical companies and diet pill creators make their money because you, their loyal customers, need to lose weight. Their products usually fail, so you stay heavy and seeking weight loss miracles. Dr. Gudakunst's book aims to end that cycle by letting you in on some fat loss secrets.
Dr. Suzanne's years of medical experience reinforced the idea that death begins in the colon. She realized that what we have known for years has also caused us to gain weight.
