The Top Five Reasons Your Quick Diet Loss Is Not Working..

Well you've started the diet. Two weeks have gone by and no quick diet loss as promised by the promotion you read. Well don't be too disheartened it could just be the diet sucks, or is not suitable for you.

Before you swap to yet another diet check out if your trouble losing weight is related to any of the reasons below.

1. Hey who hasn't leapt upon a diet that they really know won't work. This is one of the main reasons quick fix diets fail. You will also be mightily cross with yourself for giving up and this will affect your self esteem.

2. We expect our bodies to love quick fad diets - you will not lose weight on four lettuce leaves a day or carrotts.

3. Any successful diet has to be planned. Its no good starting one diet with half the ingredients or no time to follow the plan through. Fail to plan equates plan to fail.

4. You are using the wrong diet plan - just because a diet is the latest craze and Fred down the road lost two stone in half an hour it does not mean you will.

5. Lots of people when they decide to diet they do so as a short term measure ie; for a wedding or christening. They do not plan to change their eating habits for a lifetime. I wish life could be one party, bring it on, but its not and deciding to diet for one is not the answer.
