Revealing The Truth About Wrinkle Creams

By Jen Hopkins

Everyone looks at one part of your body the most, and that is the only part that you cannot hide - your face. Your face is your identity - it is how you are remembered by all of your friends and acquaintances. The question is, do you look like you are a few years older than you actually are? If so, that means you likely have wrinkles and crow's feet. However, getting a good wrinkle cream can rid of this problem

With today's market that advertises younger skin in just a few days, finding a quality wrinkle cream that has a reasonable price may seem impossible. However with a little bit of research into the products you will find it is not. Especially now that customer reviews are available to the general public; that is a great place to start.

The cost per ounce is one of the main things to look for. At a drug store, getting a knock off brand that does the same thing for a few dollars compared to a few hundred at a department store is extremely significant. Unlike the creams that celebrities advertise on the television, there are many other products that do the same thing.

When purchasing a cream, you should select one with sun block built in. You should look for one with a sun protection factor (SPF) of at least 15. If you do not select one that blocks both UVA and UVB rays, then you will need to wear a separate sun block.

If it has sunblock, you have the first part. Secondly you will need a moisturizer built in. Having a moisturizer not only protects your skin from the hazards of the environment but it also keeps the skin from getting dry - which is a leading cause of wrinkles. So make sure whatever you cream has a moisturizer included.

Thirdly, make sure your wrinkle cream is not only light but odorless. If you can find a clear cream, that is probably the best. Clear skin makes the skin brighter which greatly reduces the appearance of wrinkles while it is working to eliminate them. If you would get a heavier cream it can only hurt your skin through causing dryness and clogging pores; which means high school all over again with acne.

After you find a good wrinkle cream you are on your way to a fresh start. However there are things that you must keep up with to maintain healthy skin. Make sure you wash your face nightly to clean up all of the dirt and grime that has built up on it over the day; this is especially true for women who wear make up. This opens up the pores and leads to clearer, healthier skin.

Clean your face and neck every morning and before bed in the evening. This is imperative to keeping your skin looking fabulous and to prevent wrinkles. Use a good cream during the day but never forget to remove it at night. Use a facial cleanser that is gentle and wonat burn your skin. Never scrub your face or wash hard, as that increases fine lines and wrinkles. Always pat your skin dry.

Whatever cream you decide to purchase, remember to read up on reviews of other customers. Were they satisfied with the result? Was the price comparable with other similar products? Check for product guarantees and be aware of any possible side effects. But above all, find a cream that gives you a great result. - 16083
