If you want that thin body you have always dreamed of, then you need to do more than just eat better and exercise. If you do the right combination of both, it is almost impossible not to lose fat and tighten up that flabby stomach.

Have you ever watched one of those tighten your stomach TV commercials, you'll remember seeing at the bottom of the screen, in almost impossible to read text stating 'results achieved with diet and exercise. Is it easy? Not even a chance. I began at 265 pounds and it took me a good 8-9 months to drop down to 215 pounds. You want to be more concerned with how many inches you are losing since muscle actually weighs more than fat does.

So you can see, you may only lose a bit of actual weight but your inches will give you the results that you feel, not how much you weigh. You don't walk around with a scale showing what you weigh, but you do walk around with people seeing that you lost several inches and this is what they compliment you on!
